Pressure Sore Articles – Prevention in Nursing Homes
As of April 2016, Pressure Sore Articles. The NPUAP has changed the name of Pressure Ulcers to Pressure Injury or Pressure Injuries and the they are no longer using Roman Numerals for the Stages. The reason was to better reflect that the sores are injuries not naturally occurring ulcers in most circumstances.
